Life insurance query – need help

Ok, its a bit confusing but hopefully someone will be able to help...

What are the precise stipulations regarding life insurance whereby a signatory A (a) and a signatory B (b) deign that a third party (iii) should be covered for and against any impropriety relating to 'corpus immentus' or 'sanguines polaris' and would (b) be advised to reduce his (or her) premiums by transferral of equity via a non-recouperable transaction, given that (a) would be forced to admit 'indemnus advocares' on account of (iii) being absent at the time?

If anyone can offer any help at all I would appreciate it. Thanks.
