Life insurance query – need help

Ok, its a bit confusing but hopefully someone will be able to help...
What are the precise stipulations regarding life insurance whereby a signatory A (a) and a signatory B (b) deign that a third party (iii) should be covered for and against any impropriety relating to 'corpus immentus' or 'sanguines polaris' and would (b) be advised to reduce his (or her) premiums by transferral of equity via a non-recouperable transaction, given that (a) would be forced to admit 'indemnus advocares' on account of (iii) being absent at the time?
If anyone can offer any help at all I would appreciate it. Thanks.

You seriously went back and deleted that old post so people couldnt find it on searching?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
