Smile SAR request

in Credit cards
Hi,
I recently sent off a SAR to Smile requesting details of everything they hold in relation to my credit card account with them.
I specifically asked for - amongst other things - details of all communications between us, including records of telephone calls between us and the messages sent within their online banking service, and copies of signed agreements.
In return for the £10 fee I have received a letter attached to some copy statements stating they have no other information and cannot trace the signed credit agreement.
Easy money, but I can't help thinking they have the info and don't want to provide it.
Any ideas where I go form here? I am thinking about responding stating that they haven't given me what I asked for and asking them once again to provide it, without a further tenner charge of course as I've already paid for it, but is that likely to achieve anything?
Or should I just stop paying the d*m thing until they can prove a contract exists between us (I am joking, I know that isn't an option
