You mean Obtaining Services By Deception?
I'm not a lawyer, but since the deception (false postcode) isn't what induces the service (you'd have obtained the service without the deception) my understanding is that the offence isn't made out.

Ignoring all the pedants that have jumped on this thread, the simple answer is that if you can receive a Wi-Fi signal and know the Wi-Fi access details, then you can gain internet access regardless of where you happen to be located.
Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it

When they moved my local McD into a new (and smaller) building, they did away with the free WiFi as it attracted a load of chavs who just used to film themselves screaming round the carpark before using the free WiFi to upload their videos to the net.

I have found its patchy at best - some McDs you can park near the windows and get a patchy signal at best - some none at all, its not reliable.
