I realise you have a lot on the moment, but I have been unable to contact you via PM and not sure if my emails are getting to you. I attempted to send you a copy of the complaint email for your comment, as i am not good at writing in legal terms etc, and i didnt want to miss the opportunity of getting it right. However, i realise i am running out of time. Are you able to comment, or do you suggest i just go with what i have?
