Cosmetic surgery

Hi

Was wondering if anyone had had cosmetic surgery, i.e derma fillers or botox? Am looking for a practitioner and was wondering if there was anything I should ask in particular or anything to look out for?

Also how much did you pay? I have seen such a variety of costs but don't always believe that the person with the faniciest website is necessarily the best.

I wouldn't be brave enough, but I'd want to know, how much it will cost, how much it will hurt and how long it will last, though I think all three answers would put me off even more.
