New combi boiler fitted - pressure release pipe

I recently had a combi boiler fitted.
I now have a copper pipe coming out of the front of the house which (IMO), looks odd.
The fitter advises it's the pressure release pipe/ blow off & is an essential safety part of the system. Whilst I don't doubt this, should it look any better than a pipe sticking out?
It's at head height & is in a corner, but doesn't seem right.

If you look at other houses around your area i'm sure you'll see themNow a proud home owner after saving a deposit for 2 years :j0 -
It MUST be turned to spray boiling water/steam against the wall and not over anyone standing near.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

It is turned to the wall, so I guess all is OK & normal.0
