The small print: terms and conditions
1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entrants must tweet @telegraphmen and #maxi5s along with “Hockey final tickets” and entry is restricted to one per person. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winners will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date and announced via Twitter by 12 noon on Friday, January 31, 2014. Alternatively, the winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a sae to Maxinutrition Hockey 5s Finals Tickets Winners, Digital marketing, Telegraph Media Group, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT between January 31 and February 28, 2014.
5. All entries must be received by 12 noon on Thursday, January 30, 2014.
6. Should a winner not claim their prize by 3pm on Friday, January 31, 2014, or should a winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
8. There will be five winners who will each receive a pair of tickets to the Maxinutrition Hockey 5s tournament, which takes place at Wembley Arena on Sunday, February 2, 2014. The first match is scheduled to commence at 12.30pm.
9. The winners will be required to collect their tickets from the Wembley Arena box office. The prizes do not include travel to or from the event, accommodation, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs. All prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
10. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
