He called me now , and told me very quickly that i will recive today the deposit in cash. ( But, He ask , and i gave to him in middle Dicember , my Bank Account Details) . He is doing it in the right way ? Or is somenthing HIDE ?0

Doesnt sound like it was protected. There is the possiblity you can sue the landlord. Which is nice.0
