Hi
About a couple of days ago my PC started playing up and is now running very slow. Every so often I get a message coming up in a box which says 'agyyxkja.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close'. However the computer never actually closes down. This message keeps appearing.
I ran my Microsoft Essentials virus check and it has not found any threats or viruses.
Can anyone offer up any help or suggestions as to what I should do.
Thanks

try using ccleaner every few weeks to clear the cookies and what not.......the first time I used it, it cleared almost 5gb of cookies and internet history, that can also cause performance problems......
however I think the above is correct for this specific problem....We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
