My claim started as a counter claim for penalty charges on an agreement regulated by CCA 1974 - this has now escalated and after 3/4 hearings I may have lost my defence due to a technicality with the CPR rules! I am so cross about this, as I know that my agreement is unenforceable in law and probably due to be cancelled, containing Unfair terms under the UTCC Regs - however, am unable to get it heard after several attempts and am currently directed to the appeals judge, have 9 days left to do something! I am fighting for my rights but now have to pay heaps to get them ?? - and save my house - so this has been a nightmare and remains so, any useful advice would be most welcome - many thanks... martin where are you.......help.....

Have you joined the Consumer Action Group website? I think they may be able to offer help here
