i've checked the site but don't see a link to free tickets.

the full price is coming up for me even when I've put the offer code in.....

Well I've just tried it and it still works. Go to the site and select 'Book Tickets' which then takes you to the next page where it asks for the code. Enter the code by clicking the 'use code' box and it asks you how many tickets at £0 you need. Maybe you weren't clicking the 'use code' box? Never mind though if you can't get these free tickets, another 10000 have been announced in today's weekly email.

If all the free tickets have been claimed now, there is a free complimentary ticket for one inside March's Ideal Home Magazine. Valid for any one day Fri 14, Sat 15, or Sun 16 March only. Extra tickets can be purchased for £8.50 by quoting IHOMEC, £1.70 transaction fee applies. Magazine costs £3.60.
