The 'old' Sainsbury Taste the Difference coleslaw was nicer than the current one. It had shreds of parsnip in it, that and crème fraiche....lovely. Still nice now though, but I'm off to try M&S and Co-op after recommendations here.

I use my Kenwood food processor shred the cabbage and the carrots and the onion whack in a dollop of Hellman's Mayo (I don't make my own)and add some black pepper..I don't do weights and measures I just sort of know how much to do for the number of people..0 -
as above but I use salad cream instead and add grated cheese too0
