EON Direct debit discount and Tesco rewards

Hi, does anyone know if the removal of the percentage direct debit discount applies to all tariffs - we are on EON E10 Energyplan 8 and under current tariff it is still showing that we are entitled to the 6% discount - according to the telephone advisor we are not going to get that just the £35 but this is not what our online account is saying. Also I have just tried to sign up for the EON rewards but it says I can't do that unless we move to a new tariff - impossible when on Economy 10! So does this mean we will be losing the percentage discount and the Tesco rewards - as our heating is by storage heaters this amounts to quite a bit over the year and certainly makes our electricity rise more than the advertised percentage - bit of a con really!


We have had no notice of these changes, the advisor said they had sent out emails to everyone - I couldn't convince him that we have received nothing in the post or by email - he was adamant that we must have
