  • I would say your best bet for ease is to negotiate what you get in replacement for the ipad, sell it and use that money towards an Ipad, not ideal and you might be able to get more through legal channels but it will be more stressful and hassle.
    Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked

    Thank you the decision is down to my dad, but I would refuse their offer and get them to contact Panasonic in the hope they will improve it a bit, after all the cheapest ipad seems to be around £300. Will sleep on it and discuss tomorrow with my family.
