I have got a copy of my credit file and have a ccj against me by t mobile.
It shows on my file as filed Sept 09 and using the reference, the court state it is by tmobile.
The account seems to have been passed to sigma red who defaulted me Dec 2008?
The default amount on my file here says zero but the balance says £330?
I then have a further default from t mobile (ee) Jan 2012 for £590?
Both accounts originated the same date. Has there been some error? I've tried contacting both T-Mobile, sigma and the court today and no one seems to know what's happened?

If this is all 1 debt then you should usually just have 1 account in the credit account section (with a default) and 1 CCJ in the judgements section.
The Tmobile entry in the credit account section - does this show anywhere on it that the debt has been assigned?
Is £590 the default balance and the current outstanding balance?
Do you know what the debt relates to? do you agree that you did owe money? Can you recall when you first stopped paying or went in to arrears for the debt - would it have been around December 2008 in line with the sigma default?
Have the court agreed to send you a copy of the judgement?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Tmobile needs to remove their jan 2012 default if it relates to the same account as the one that Signa defaulted you for. What will your verse be?

I have only had one mobile contract and that went belly up in 2009 when I ran up a huge bill.
It states 2 defaults...one from t mobile for £590 with a balance of £490 and then another registered by signa with a default of zero?? But balance of £330....
I have requested a copy of the judgement.0
