in Credit cards
Well now that my aqua card has died I could really do with another credit card giving me something. Just been declined for the amazon one as I'm a student, and they've said that'll be the same for all MBNA cards (fair enough, though they could have told me that before doing a credit search!) and I currently have the old lloyds duo avios. The avios card seems like a bit of a waste of time, I've had it a few years and not collected enough for anything really.
Santander told me I was pre approved for the 123 card ages and ages ago, but I'm not sure I spend enough to make it worthwhile after the fee (we do most shopping at aldi which of course doesn't take credit cards).
There's the cap 1 card but with my level of spending its hardly worth it for £35 a year or something.
Does anyone have any better ideas, or should I stick with the lloyds card until I'm working (which is only a few months away)?

You withdraw it from an ATM when you get to the country using the card.0

You can't, you just use an ATM when you're there. Now kindly start your own thread please.0

Back to the op. I think you'll struggle to find anything more useful than the Classic extra to be perfectly honest. There aren't really any great cards for students right now.0

Yeah, my credit rating is excellent for my age, its just the fact I have no employed income I guess is putting most places off. Ah well.reclusive46 wrote: »Back to the op.
