"The lpc person did not hand out the contract. The judge said it should have been supplied and the lpc person said that there is a "vendetta" against parking eye on online forums and that supplying contracts breaks confidentiality laws with their clients. The judge said this was rubbish and the contract should be supplied. "

Online vendetta pmsl , it's not a vendetta it's the power of people power against a company with no ethics at all. Considering all the lies they tell though its hardly surprising that there is a campaign against their company. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. What are 'confidentiality laws'?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I think the LPC lawyer is getting confused with law and clause 16 of the standard terms and conditions imposed by Parking Eye on their clients -wherein they bind each party not to disclose information for a period of five years after termination of a contract.
This is no doubt a desperate attempt by Parking Eye yet again to find excuses that demonstrate that they have no locus standi to bring about action in their own name.
It's a shame that they feel there's a vendetta against them, especially when they have no regarding for the Equality Act, their parking charges are a penalty as they do not represent a genuine pre-estimate of loss. They have no legal or proprietary interest in any of the car parks they claim to manage and of course not forgetting that they can force their clients to alter the terms and conditions if they want to penalise more drivers. Added to that the dodgy witness statements produced at court, entrapment by ill-placed signage and faulty ticket machines, ANPR systems that are not fit for purpose and all the breaches of planning consent.......etc.
It is only too right that these issues are legally challenged where appropriate
I an sure that Parking Prankster could equally say he feels that Parking Eye have a vendettta against him for their pathetic attempts at legal action.
By the way all these people are still on Linkein
