samsung repair

I bought my samsung tab 3 10.1 for £129 from very.co.uk.

Occasionally it fails to charge and when I use it the next day its stuck on 20%.

Very refused to replace it (probably due to the price) and offered a refund. I sent the tablet to Samsung and had to wait 7 days (which im not happy about)

It arrived back and they said they couldnt replicate the fault. I printed off a screenshot of the battery graph showing it charging to 20% then stopping.

Its just done it again, they said I need to send it back again and wait another 7 days. How long can this go on for? What if it comes back broken again? At what point will they replace it for another one?
