We have got a Rangemaster Toledo fitted in our kitchen and bought everything from homebase but they supplied the wrong cooker hood.
It was supposed to be an island cooker hood but the salesperson made a mistake.
so now we are looking for a Black Island Cooker Hood asap and was wondering if anyone had any reccomendations

You certainly wont get one from Rangemaster, as they do not do Island hoods. Doubt you will get one from Homebase either.
Is it going to be ducted out, or will it be recirculating.
If it is ducted, you need a chimney type which can dominate the room and most of these have a minimum ceiling height of about 2350 to be feasible.
If recirculating, you can opt for a lampshade type hood which will be more subtle.
There is also a "Best" one which looks like a motorcycle tyre suspended from your ceiling, but that really is a matter of personal taste!0
