1) Promotion open to residents of Great Britain, aged 18 or over.
2) To enter, simply go to waitrose.com/mywaitrose and fill in your details together with your myWaitrose card number, before clicking submit.
3) Entries must be received online by 23:59 on 31 January 2014.
4) Only one entry per myWaitrose cardholder.
5) There is one prize for the winner and their guest to spend one night at Careys Manor Hotel, Brockenhurst, Hampshire. Accommodation is based on two people sharing a double/twin room. Breakfast, a 2 course Thai lunch in the Zen Garden restaurant and a £40 allowance per person towards dinner is included in the prize. The prize also includes a tour of the SenSpa facilities, full use of the spa facilities during their stay, a one hour treatment per person upto the value of £75 and SenSpa products worth £20.
6) Winners and their guests will be responsible for the arrangements and cost of transport to and from Careys Manor Hotel, Lyndhurst Rd, Brockenhurst, New Forest, Hampshire SO42 7RH. They will also be responsible for the cost of any additional treatments and food and beverages which should be settled on check out.
7) The prize is valid for 12 months from February 2014 and can be taken between Sunday - Thursday excluding all public holidays. A booking must be made and is subject to availibity.
8) The winner will be the first myWaitrose cardholder entrant drawn at random from all validly submitted entries. The winner will be selected within 7 days of the closing date and notified by telephone or by email within a further 7 days.
