1) Promotion open to residents of Great Britain, aged 18 or over.
2) To enter, simply go to waitrose.com/mywaitrose and fill in your details together with your myWaitrose card number, before clicking submit.
3) Entries must be received online by 23:59 on 31 January 2014.
4) Only one entry per myWaitrose cardholder.
5) There are one hundred prizes, each prize being a January Survival Pack each containing a selection of Fruit and Herbal infusions and a pair of elegant double wall De Longhi glasses.
6)Each prize will be delivered to the winners’ address by 28 February 2014 in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
7) The winners will be the one hundred myWaitrose cardholder entrants drawn at random from all validly submitted entries. The winners will be selected within 7 days of the closing date. The Promoter will then make arrangements so that the January Survival Packs are delivered to the winners by 28 February 2014. The January Survival Packs may not be claimed by the winners by any other means.
