sorry I coulnd't work out how to access the forum threads again - haven't used it before.
Might be worth you sending them a personal message (click their username and press send a message) just in case they don't see this post againCredit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

£3k would get you a decent car without the need for credit

Mumfaeaberdeenshire, when you were offered £100 it sounds as if this was as a result of a complaint. If so, do you still have the complaint reference number? If you do, please email me with that and I'll look into it. Please also include your forum username in the subject line of your email. Our email address can be found here.
Thanks,
Craig

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you've had with your credit card. To confirm, was this offer stated on the paperwork you received? If so, do you still have the paperwork?
Thanks,

Look at the personal profile section. Lloyds Bank have added an email address as text, there is no 'option' to email directly.0 -
Have emailed the Lloyds socialenquiries direct as instructed by Chris from LLoyds. May I point out that we live in a rural situation and needed a decent car with pulling power to tow a small trailer, our second car, which is essential was bought for under 3K. No public transport, impractical to walk/cycle to work/school etc. Have no other debt.0

Thanks for your email. I've just sent a reply on how you can proceed with this.
Hope this helps,
