Hi

I'm looking around for pet insurance for our three cats.
I've been trying to get some quotes via the topcashback site but it says I must enter bank account details in order to claim cashback.
Does anybody know why ?

Thanks
Jen
PS Any recommendations for decent pet insurance for three moggies that doesn't cost a fortune + decent service please let me know !

Topcashback pay out the cashback to you direct - the insurance company don't get involved by deducting it from your premiums or anything. Therefore they need a way toget the money to you. They do do alternative forms of payouts if you're not happy giving bank details, e.g. vouchers, or you can buy Clubcard points (I've done this and used Clubcard Boost to get vouchers for food at our local pub)

Thanks but as you click the link through to the company you get a message to say they must have bank details. If you don't enter the bank details you aren't eligible for cashback.
I've used topcashback many times and I've not had this message before. So far I've converted my cashback into Amazon vouchers.
I'm just a little nervous of what they want my bank details for.

Ah, sorry, didn't realise it was the insurance site asking for details.

It's TCB saying they can only pay claims/cashback for the specific company via BACS.
As to the why I am not sure but when I signed up for a couple things via TCB BACS was the only payment option for cashback.
