Pre-employment screening credit check

Hi, I have recently been offered the job of my dreams! However they want to do a credit check on me. I have had no defaulted or missed payments and have no CCJs or anything like that but my credit score is very low. I'm only 20 and always pay up to date and exceed minimum payments. Will they take into account my score or my great payment history? I'd really appreciate any help I've given up my current stable job for this one!

Comments

  • Nobody takes notice of your score (it's only visible to you). They will be looking at your history.
  • They'll be checking for Bankruptcy and CCJ's and mainly fraud.

The score you got is meaningless ignore it your employer won't see that.
