T-Mobile overcharging for international calls

Hello,
I've noticed my mobile phone bill has been really high recently, i foolishly just thought it was large data usage, but upon investigation I discovered it's because I've been charged £1 a minute to call relatives on their mobiles in Spain.
I found this out when I called up and asked about the excessive bill, they immediately brought that one pound a minute charge down to £0.15 a minute for future calls without any convincing from me.
Now i'm wondering if they were even allowed to charge that £1 a minute beforehand (i remember hearing about new legislation limiting how much phone providers charge for international calls).
Is it worth me trying to get some of that money back? Or is it a lost cause?

What does your contract say about charges for overseas calls?
If it is clear in your contract that they are charged at £1 a minute then they don't owe you anything. If your contract says you should have been charged £0.15 a minute then you can claim back the difference.0 -
Costs are clear enough on the website. Seems to be 90p a minute to Spain unless you are PAYG.

You've done well to get it down to 15p for future calls. Are you sure, however, that they haven't just added an international booster to your account? If they have, you may well be paying £5 a month for it.0
