Cheap Energy Club Q..

Hi, just a quick question.. I applied through CEC to switch my gas & electric tariff (already with Npower, just changed to another of their tariffs approx. £20 a month cheaper), this was back in Nov.

I got an email a few weeks later saying Npower were incredibly busy but will process as soon as possible & backdate it to date applied. However, I still have still not heard anything & am still on old tariff.

Do I need Npower directly now? TIA.

  • Does anybody have any suggestions?

Or would I best just trying again through Cheap Energy club? (either Npower again or see if there's any other deals)..
