Is there any good examples on this related issue regarding signs that been successful. Had a look but slightly unsure and concerned if it fails have to pay the full fee.0

Don't bother with the signs, just go with the GPEOL and contract. Take a look at the "POPLA Decisions" thread to see what to put. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Can i go down that route now even though i put appeal in with parking eye, regarding signs and couple of other points?0 -
The "appeal " to PE and to POPLA are completely separate things . You can put what you like in.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

if you put 4 to 8 points in your popla appeal , including signage, and you win on not a gpeol or no contract then neither you nor popla will care about any signage issues
so lets assume you put the lot in and win on not a gpeol, the assessor will say they dont have to consider any of your other points, so you may never know about your version of the events , but you wont care as you will have won !0 -
Ah cool thanks for help, is there any other points i can use from some of the guys that have won. Had a look at appeal thread but cant see any lines that maybe worth using?0

there are dozens of appeal threads listed from the NEWBIES THREAD in the post #3 links, including a template by guys-dad and 2 appeals against PE too

You really are having a laugh here! (Aren't you???)Had a look at appeal thread but cant see any lines that maybe worth using?
Forget about what happened on the day, forget about getting pictures of their signs, it is up to them to prove their case against you.
You need to challenge their legal right to issue such charges, particularly GPEOL. If you don't know what that means go and read the stickies that CM has pointed out to you
There are loads of winning appeals posted, take the points out of any Parking Eye one and they will almost certainly apply to you. Come back to this thread and post your proposed appeal before you send it to Parking Eye. We will tell you whether it's a winning appeal or not.All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. Edmund Burke Irish orator, philosopher, & politician (1729 - 1797).0 -

ParkingEye have lost over 100 cases at popla and never won a single one when pointed out their charge is not a genuine pre estimate of loss, so I'm not sure what your worry is. Recently ParkingEye have not even bothered to defend cases where this point is raised.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0
