Creation finance updating my credit history when account is in dispute

I have had a five year ongoing dispute with creation finance, its hopefully coming to an end via FOS however I have advised them I'm not happy that creation have registered a default for nonpayment even though its always been in dispute.
The FOS don't seem to see the issue with this, however I believed it was unfair processing of data as at one point there was no signed agreement in place due to removal of PPI that I didn't agree to in the first place and they have then sent me credit agreements with incorrect figures that I wouldn't sign and agree too.
They have now agreed to split the original purchase price over two months without the charge of interest and the PPi removed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can end the ordeal :T

Hi
So what is the main issue now - that you would like to try to get the default removed from your file?
What is the default date on your file?
When did you first dispute the debt?
When did you reclaim PPI?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
