I have a property in Exeter that cost £172,500 in 2010. What would be a reasonable forecast for its value 10 years from now, in 2024?

A lot of things can happen in 10 years. The property could develop loads of problems, house boom, house crash, flooding... Far too many to list...An opinion is just that..... An opinion0 -
