For me! Hope everyone's ok xx
  • Mum made a quiche yesterday and I took some for work today. It was delicious and I've cut a slice to take tomorrow already. Won't claim for that yet in case I forget to take it tomorrow and have to buy something. So for now I'm up to 11/15 LTWs

Afternoon all - I'm currently munching an adapted Singapore beef recipie (adapted as in, using pork instead) and had a bircher breakfast this morning

Have munched an apple between and have a banana left for the munchies this afternoon

Am attempting to get into the swing of slimming world again - it's so much easier when I'm in work and have had to pre-plan my food for the day :p

Day 9 in the bag for me... I'm not getting anywhere near my target this month, but still gald to be on this thread and keeping myself in as much check as possible xx

Well I'm still hanging in here although I haven't been posting or reading.

I'm up to 11/20 although I did fail yesterday as didn't get to go shopping at weekend so ended up buying an overpriced sandwich from the restaurant over in the visitor centre. It was nice but as I haven't allowed for any mess up days that means I've failed this month as will be one day short of my target.

But not giving up so hopefully should only be one day short for the month.

Hi All, updated to here :)

So sorry I have been absent, still struggling with this awful lurgy. I have no idea how I have been making it into work, the sweats and shivers have been dreadful (sorry, tmi).
Just ben working and then coming home and flopping on the sofa...haven't felt this awful for a long time :(

As a result, I haven't really been eating. So my LTWs are not going well either.

hope you are all doing OK?

Tomato soup - again! I'll soon look like a tin of soup.

Sorry to hear your still not well WBSE, take care and get well soon xxx
  • Take care WBSE - there's a lot of odd bugs going the rounds. As my mom would say "We haven't had the cold to kills the germs" lol. DAY 10/16 for me but had some really unpleasant Thai flavoured cous cous - yak.
