Everyones LTWs sound really lovely! Today I had a ham salad wrap with mayo and sweet chilli sauce. I have an addiction to sweet chilli sauce I think ;)

LTW #5 today. I'm a third of the way through the month at work (unless I go in for a day in the half term holiday to sort out the classroom) Had salad the last 2 days. Nothing too exciting but it was lovely and even better to know it was healthy :-)

  • Hi everyone, well I've managed 5/5 so far.

I made a batch of soup on Sunday which lasted all week, so not only have I done a full week of LTW, it hasn't cost me anything.

Today everyone else in the office had chips for lunch and I resisted. If I wasn't doing this challenge, I would have got some as as treat for bringing soup all week.

It's one of my colleague's birthday next week and we usually buy lunch, so I'm glad I gave myself a couple of days allowance from LTW, so I can join in.

    So far, so good :)

I've managed to take lunch to work on 4 days this week, which is what I had planned. Not feeling that inspired about what to have for lunch next week...although lunch will be provided for a meeting on friday so that's one less day for me to think about :)

  • #17 - have been a complete:A....5 for this week :T

there was a day when I nearly faltered, but raided the cupboard for crackers & dairylea & saved it!

dont think we have many homemade ready meals in the freezer for emergencies though, so will need organisational powers next week.
