Hi I am new to the forums so if i have posted in the wrong one please except my apoligies. I ordered a Blu ray box set from play.com the other day they took the money from my bank and the today I recieved a email saying that it was a misprice and they have refunded my money to my bank which should take 3-5 days. Are the alloweed to do this as I thought that once they had taking the money they were legally obliged to honour the deal.
Please help and if anyone could point me in the right direction to a template for a letter of complaint in you would be very grateful.

Yes, they can do that, they do not have to sell you the product at the reduced price.
The contract isn't concluded until its despatched, which clearly didn't happen0 -
