Refund for service not received (online)?

Hi all!
I recently went on holiday and just came back. Before I went on holiday I rented a car space (online from parklet.co.uk) to park my car while I was away.
I paid for this service starting on Dec 13, 2013 on a lease agreement for a minimum of a 2 month contract. Parklet sent me a confirmation email saying that the landlord would get in touch shortly...
The problem is that I tried to contact the landlord from the 13th,14th and 15th of December (from the telephone number and email address provided by Parklet) to obtain keys for the garage. No response whatsoever. So, I wrote to Parklet to cancel my contract. On the 16th of December was my flight.
I spoke to Parklet who insists that the landlord did try to contact me but by that time I had already gone abroad. I never even spoke to the landlord let alone get the keys from him.
The lease agreement says that "Hours of Use" are 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. So I was under the impression that I could make use of the facility as soon as payment was made, as stated on the lease agreement on the 13th of December.
The monthly rental fee is £40 plus a deposit of £50. They've already charged £94.98 from my debit card from the 13th of December.
Parklet said they would get back to me..
Can I claim my money back for a service I never even used?
Any advice would be much appreciated!
