Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them.

1. Promoter’s Details: Thomson is a trading name of TUI UK Limited (the “Promoter”), a member of the TUI Travel PLC group of companies, registered in England and Wales under number 2830117 and whose registered office is at TUI Travel House, Crawley Business Quarter, Fleming Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9QL.

2. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

3. How to Enter: To take part in the Thomson Holiday Scrapbook contest, entrants must log onto http://apps.facebook.com/thomson_hol_book/contests/330539 from a desktop or https://promoshq.wildfireapp.com/website/6/contests/330728 from a mobile and upload a drawing which has been produced by a child who must be under the age of 16). Only 1 drawing can be submitted per Facebook Account holder. Complete the entry form including your personal contact details via the Thomson Holiday Scrapbook Facebook app and press submit. There is no alternative entry route. Winners will be selected on the criteria outlined in point 8 of the terms and conditions.

By entering, you agree that you are the parent or guardian of the child who’s drawing you are submitting and that it is being submitted for the purposes of entering this competition and that the drawing can be used by the Promoter as set out in these conditions.

Internet access and a Facebook account required to participate.

No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

4. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at http://www.thomson.co.uk/editorial/legal/privacy-policy.html. By entering this competition you consent to the Promoter contacting you for advertising and marketing purposes.

You warrant that the image you submit is your child’s own work. Any images deemed to be inappropriate or offensive will not be published and will be removed.

You grant the Promoter a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use the image(s) submitted in any publications, websites and/or any promotional material, PR or advertising connected with this competition and/or any future marketing campaigns.

5. Dates: The competition opens at 12:00 GMT Monday 20th January 2014 and closes at 12:00 GMT Friday 21st February 2014.

6. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

7. Prize(s): There are 7 prizes in total to be won which consist of:
1x Grand prize of £2000 worth of Thomson Holiday vouchers.

£2,000 Thomson Holiday Voucher Terms and Conditions: - • Voucher can be used a full or part payment for travel products at any Thomson Travel Shop or First Choice Travel Shop.
 • Excludes all travel money related products, currency, traveller’s cheques and prepaid cards. 
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or to purchase another gift card.
 • The card will expire on 7th January 2016.

6x Regional Winners prizes of an Art Set. There is a choice of 2 art sets available dependent on the age of the child who made the drawing that is shortlisted by region. Details as follows: - Crayola Twistables Pencils Sketch And Shade (for children 7 years and under).
 Ryman Super Mega Art Set 258 Piece (for children 8 years and over).


The prizes are not transferable and no alternative will be offered. Thomson also pledge to donate £1 per photo uploaded up to a maximum value of £2000 to the Family Holiday Association registered charity number: 800262.

8. Selection of winners: All eligible entries received by the closing date will be judged and the best entry from each of the 6 regions below will be shortlisted (“Regional Winners”). The entry judged to be the best of all Regional Winners will be the grand prize winner. All winners will be based on the following criteria: 
 a. how imaginative the drawing is; and
 b. how charming the drawing is.

The 6 regions are as follows: -:
 a. North 
b. Central 
 c. South
 d. Scotland
 e. Wales 
f. Ireland

9. Notification: The winner(s) will be notified by email after the 21st February 2014 with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.

10. Winner(s) details: Details of the winner(s), name and country of residence, will be obtainable after the 10th March 2014 by emailing “Thomson Holiday Scrapbook Contest” to email address SocialMediaCompetition@thomson.co.uk within ten weeks after the published closing date. The winner(s) may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.

11. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
