Halfords.

I have an issue with Halfords but I am getting nowhere with their customer services. Anyone have an email address for someone higher up the food chain?

    Autocentre or shop?

    I had a problem with Autocentre and got it pretty quickly and satisfactorily resolved by speaking to the area/ regional manager*. I just asked the branch manager to get him to give me a ring.

    * Can't remember which is higher. I spoke to both. One couldn't help me, but the next one up agreed a refund very quickly.

    Look on their website, the CR is in Redditch they will look into the matter for you.
