A car parking company is being investigated by an industry watchdog after Bradford Council complained it was operating illegally in the city centre.
Except, of course the BPA Ltd. Is not a "watchdog", but a trade association:-

So West Yorkshire Parking Enforcement (WYPE) are acting illegally and commiting fraud, yet the council does nothing more than make complaints, don't they have any balls ? This is illegal and at the minimum trading standards should be involved! When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

They are the ones that have links to the two nearest Councils on their website for no reason whatsoever, except to (presumably) mislead.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

And the BPA spokesman said:A BPA spokesman, who confirmed that the association had contacted WYPE about the complaint on January 17, said: “We can confirm we have received a complaint regarding West Yorkshire Parking Enforcement, which is a member of our Approved Operator Scheme. We are treating this incident extremely seriously.”
Which really means- how dare you complain about one of our AOS members it may mean an investigation and a slap on the wrist - if they promise not to do it again no sanction points will be issued.0 -
I think the title is a bit misleading....
Should be something along the lines of "parking company discussed over doughnuts and a cup of tea"Proud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0
