New Kitchen/New Kitchen Appliances....

Hi all,
I have a bit of a puzzle....
We're in the process of buying a flat, and when we move in we will need to buy all white goods for the kitchen. With the expense of moving we may well need to put these on finance, so can anyone tell me of the best deals going?
Also, we'd like to put in a new kitchen (which will involve knocking down a wall), so would we be better doing this immediately and looking for a 0% or low APR finance deal for the whole thing in one go?
We were originally thinking of waiting 6-12 months before we did this, but I'm wondering if it makes more sense to do it all straight away. - That way we could get fitted appliances and not have to look selling some nearly new items and replacing them in 6-12 months, and it may also mean we get the appliances at 0%?
If we go for a new kitchen, where is good/where/what should be avoided?
I have to be honest, I haven't thought into the logistics of how we would eat/live if we go for the kitchen straight away, but we do have a trusty microwave!!
Thanks,
Mark

Freecycle. People are often giving away fridges and cookers. No point going more into debt to buy them if you don't have to, especially if you're going to be doing the kitchen soon."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0
