Do I have a problem with my guttering and roof, or could I possibly have damp?
The first picture with bubbling wallpaper is a shared wall with next door. But they haven't told me about any problems from their side.
The second picture shows the shared wall on the right and the outside wall on the left.
The third picture is the outside wall just above the window.

Without stating the obvious, have you checked the gutter when its raining?
Can you see any damp on the bricks on the outside?
It may well be that this is just a cold point of the room. We had this in out last place but at low level on a shared wall.0
