Aviva - discount for existing policy customers?

I'm currently looking into home insurance for the house we're purchasing. Aviva have a good price for us, also read on website that if you have a motor insurance policy with them can get 20% off home insurance basic premium, which I do have.
However I've gone through whole quote process up to the 'Buy' page and not found any option or box to tick/put policy number in to get the discount.
Had good look on website and searches online, can't find out how to sort it. Anyone know?
Thanks

Given Home insurance must be on your main residence, how can you have two policies?0 -

Aviva gave me a discount on my home insurance because my husband has a pension policy with them. (Although actually I think it was because I was ringing to cancel - their renewal quote was much higher than somebody else's quote for a new customer - and they were just coming up with a reason to give me a discount).0

Might have to call them then. Wanted to do it online so I could also get quidco cashback. Expected some section where I could put policy number of car insurance and it would whack 20% off. Never simple.Mortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)

Cant say for Aviva but certainly for another major insurer the front end simply is done on trust and if the insured declares they have another product then the discount is applied.
There is then a batch process that happens overnight to search for the policyholders other policies. If it find them it all goes through, if it doesnt find it then it goes to Customer Services to manually check and if they cannot find it then they contact the person for policynumber. If they get no response or the person lied etc then either the discount is reversed or the policy voided depending on if they believe it was intentional or accidental0 -

That's what I assumed. Just couldn't find any option to claim the discount going through the application online.Mortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)
