Hi. I'm not experienced with credit cards and looking for someone to give some advice if possible please. I would like the best/longest 0% interest card available that allows me to withdraw cash. Do they all allow you to withdraw cash or is it only certain ones? Would appreciate if anyone can help...thanks.

Only certain cards allow 0% cash (for a fee). This is the "best"...
