Key turning endlessly in euro lock

Door is Upvc with multipoint lock .
It can be locked but doesn't seem to lock all points .
Any advice ?....before i call a locksmith .

Hi, with the door open lift the handle and the hooks etc should come out, turn the key and press the handle down, it should be locked. Now try and push the hooks etc back in while it is locked. If they go back in the gearbox has probably failed. Now down the edge of the door, look above the latch and below the bolt to see if there are torx screws (star shaped), screws or rivets. If there are torx screws / screws, you can probably just change the gearbox, if there are rivets then you might have to change the whole mechanism. We have took the multipoint lock out of the door and had a look inside the casing .
Looks like something has snapped on gears ,this is the lock -
KFV Latch Deadbolt 2 pins 92PZ
My question is do i have to buy the whole thing or can you buy parts ?
