Hi,
I am looking to buy a garden shed, about 10ft x 8ft.
I don't mind if it is wood or metal or plastic, although I like metal.Which one is the best.I need to store garden material plus few bits of furniture and appliances.
My budget is £500...i am not expert at DIY so need easily assembled one.
Any recommendations?Where should i go for B&Q/Homebase/Argos?
Thanks
i have chosen a few...can anyone recoomend any of these?

Hi
With metal ones you get more condensation which means rust, they can be difficult to assemble too. I would opt for wood if I were you.
My mom found a shed in B&Q and nearly bought it but I looked on the internet and found EXACTLY the same shed (Walton’s) for about £150 less!!
A thread like this has been posted before where people have suggested contacting B&Q HB etc to see if you can buy some 'shop soiled/damaged sheds' see this link

It was my suggestion to go for shop soiled etc, but in the case of the OP I don't know if this would be a good move.
As has been said, most sheds are easily assembled. Look for local suppliers etc and compare prices. One supplier local to me did a similar sized shed for a friend of mine for £400 a few years ago.
The other option that the OP has is to buy one and pay a handyman to build it for him. This is the sort of thing I would do for around £60 to £70 for that sized shedBehind every great man is a good womanBeside this ordinary man is a great woman£2 savings jar - now at £3.42:rotfl:0 -
