Hi
I have had several loans from Lombard, When I contacted them regarding misselling they paid out on one claim but turned me down on all the others. The reason for 3 of them being turned down is that they do not hold any further information on the agreements, even though I hold copies. I contact the ombudsman and they feel that I have a case for the 3 loans, but because I have more than 10 employees they cannot take on my case. Is there anywhere I go from here?
