Frozen Kobo Touch?!

Hi,

I recently bought a Kobo Touch e-reader (through this website for £30 via WH Smith) and connected to the webb after a lot of bother with my routers passphrase, but after getting to the Virginmedia website it has totally frozen up, it won't even turn off and worried that the display is going to damage the screen. I've tried to un-plug the router for a while (overnight) then back on - no change, although my laptop connects and works fine.

Any ideas?

Hold the power button until it switches off. Resetting the router wont do anything the tablets frozen/crashed.

Kobos have a tiny reset button you use a pin to reset. On the standard one there is a tiny hole on the back and on the mini you take the back off, not easy to get at it. Haven't done it on a touch but you can ring for help.
