Led flashing has come off on the roof

Hi,
I got a leak in a kitchen today and investigation revealed that the strong wind caused the led flashing that is on our extension insulating roof from the house wall has slifhtly come off. It was holding in place by some kind of grout which has crumbled away...
I have bent the led back into place by tapping slightly with a hammer on it, but I could do with an advice on some kind of material I could stick in there instead of grout for insulation and holding the flashing in place a bit better as a temporary measure for the current rain.
Going to call a roofer tomorrow to replace the whole thing, but need just temporary measure until he will come.
No idea what to use. It is wet which makes it more difficult...
I am thinking of something like a play dough (just not play lol) kind of density and flexibility.. I could take piece and push it in..
also I cannot do anything too complicated as I have to hang out of the window to do it, lacking equipment to be safe on the wet slippery roof..
