Urban community energy fund
Ed Davey is launching a £10M fund for communal power generation projects. As I live on a brand new small development in a village location, and as the owners here have an annual charge anyway, this estate would seem ideal for undertaking a project like this. The trouble is I dont have the first idea where to start. Is there anybody out there with relevant experience who could give me some pointers?
