Good Morning,
I'm having a few problems with selling my property & a problematic ex threatening taking it to court to sell at a loss with a possible CCJ.
I'm due to get married August 2014 then move into a MQ so would they not let me do so if i had a CCJ against my name?
Regards

Not sure what the current policy on "debt" is but having a CCJ against you may be looked at seriously.
