garden shed help

I bought a garden shed after a fair bit of research and opted for a local company who build deliver and install, the shed was delivered and errected in july last year.
A few weeks later I had to paint the shed and noticed that the roof was sagging in the middle but thought nothing of it.
Problem is now the roof panels are tottaly soaked through and are realky mouldy, I was assured as well that the way it was built and installed the floor couldnt get wet, but its soaked allong both edges and mouldy ascwell.
We paid £350 for the shed but in my opinion now its ruined and a i cant see how it can be repaired.
I have contacted the company who made it but they keep coming up with excuses as too why they cant come out, they also say they only offer a 3mnth warranty.
Will the SOGA apply here as surely I should expect it to last longer than 6 months

  • How was the shed advertised/described? Did the description say anything about the wood being treated? If not, then you probably should have treated it yourself in order to protect it from the elements - if the damage is a result of you not taking proper care of the shed then you'll be out of luck.
Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!
  • Shed was pre treated whrn built then I treated it again with brand name shed paint aroubd 2 weeks after it was built

What size is the shed? £350 seems really cheap for a good quality shed to be made and installed. I've been looking for a good 6x4 so a really small shed and they are around £350-£400 with no installation.
