Refund from Debenhams ?

Bought a pair of leather gloves from Debenhams on 27-12-13.Have worn the gloves no more than 6 times and was taking them off Yesterday and tore the finger on one of them.99% of the time I keep every receipt but can't find a receipt in this instance.I paid on my debit card so could print a statement with the transaction on.
I don't want a refund on my card and would be happy with a credit note.

Thanks for any replies :money:

Assuming they don't argue that you damaged them, you should be entitled to a refund or exchange.
How did it come to tear?
