This is true LUTC. I don't know why people are being so mean an vitriolic on this board tonight. There's another post on here tonight that seems to have attracted a couple of flamers and baiters. People posting nasty stuff for the sake of it, to clearly upset the OP, with not a scrap of helpful advice.
They seem to have a bee in their bonnet about people on benefits and people who have had bad credit.(•_•)

And, in some special circumstances, it could be longer. OP has disabled children, therefore, if any adaptations are required before they can take up residency, HB would be paid.0 -
Take no notice onthemoveagain,' there are a few very spiteful and mean people on here tonight, posting some very baiting and vitriolic comments.
Not only that but completely ignorant of the facts on HB, which makes it even worse than pure innocence.

If they can overlap for 4 weeks that will be great as will really help financially. It really would be a case of not eating for that period of time. Hopefully we can get everything done in that time but we still have our full time caring jobs to consider too.0 -
As you have been so helpful, can anyone point me in the direction of a letter for ending the tenancy.
There was no inventory, and deposit not protected as before it was required by law. We don't know where the receipt has gone but the contract mentions a deposit. The house is in good condition as we have regularly repainted, maybe a bit of wear and tear since last touch up but we could sort this. Over all I would say the house is as good, or better than when we moved in.
Could he keep the deposit for anything without an inventory? Also how would he do it as we wouldn't go through any agency? Should we arrange a check out inspection or just take keys to him?0
